Most asked questions

Is Beauvais Airport close to Paris?

No. It is well outside central Paris; add Aérobus, waiting and the onward trip from the Paris stop to the airfare.

How do you get from Beauvais to Paris?

The airport's official Aérobus routes are the usual option. Route and Paris stop can change, so verify the official page on travel day.

Does Beauvais Airport have a train station?

No. Reach Beauvais town station by bus or taxi first, then use a TER towards Paris-Nord if the timetable suits.

01

Beauvais is not a central Paris airport

Paris-Beauvais is far from central Paris. Add the Aérobus ticket, road time, waiting and travel from the Paris stop to the hotel to the low airfare. On a very short trip or early departure, this difference can consume the saving.

02

Aérobus: choose the correct line

The airport publishes several Aérobus routes to the Paris region; destinations, periods and works can change the offer. The official page currently lists Porte Maillot and other corridors by route. Buy for the correct stop and direction, then check the flight-linked schedule; do not rely on an old screenshot that automatically says Saint-Denis or Porte Maillot.

03

How much pre-flight margin?

The airport's coach page recommends departures scheduled several hours before the flight, with the exact value depending on the route. Add traffic, baggage loading, security and airline queues. The latest theoretically possible coach is not always the prudent choice.

04

Train via Beauvais town

Beauvais SNCF station is not in the airport terminal. First reach the town by bus or taxi, then use a TER to Paris-Nord according to the timetable. This can suit Beauvais or a regional journey, but adds a connection and is not automatically faster than Aérobus.

05

Late arrival and accommodation

Confirm that a coach linked to the flight is actually on sale and where it drops off. In Paris, still calculate metro, RER, night bus or taxi to the accommodation. For a very early departure, compare a night in Beauvais with a night transfer from Paris; inspect real access rather than kilometres alone.

06

Separate tickets and responsibility

A road coach, low-cost flight and onward flight bought separately are three contracts. A delay does not guarantee protection for the next segment. Keep a buffer, suitable insurance and enough budget for a new night or ticket.
